If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Our products can be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving them for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your product must be in the original packaging
  • Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

Please note that bags personalized with monogram are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping charges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, tax and duties (where applicable) for returning your product to us. Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning the product are non-refundable. 

Please contact us if you need help to arrange shipment to return your product to us. 

Faulty items

Your product will be considered faulty if it is received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 365 days of purchase. Products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Where possible, we are happy to repair faulty products. Alternatively, we would love to replace them with a new product in the same design.
